REPRESENTATION WITH US

BDiscovered are Talent Agents and Artist Managers.

As Talent Agents we can guide you regarding industry standards and how the Directors/Producers/Photographers want you to present yourself to them, giving you the best chance of gaining more work.

As Non-Exclusive Talent Agents we have 70 - 90 top end Featured Artist jobs (not extras work) in EVERY day, Monday - Friday, we put all of our represented talent forward for EVERY job they are suitable for, manage auditions, bookings, payment and only take 10% of work we find. WE DO NOT CHARGE AN AGENCY FEE.

BDiscovered will deduct 10% Commission from the total of all fees payable to The Talent for TV, Film, Commercial and Theatre/Stage roles, regardless of how the fees are described and 10% for Modelling roles, unless a different rate is specified before The Talent commences production. If the Talent is paid in kind BDiscovered reserves the right to invoice the Talent for 10% of the market value of the goods received.

If you are accepted by our agency we can represent you for acting, modelling, dancing, singing and presenting work if required, please follow the instructions below and email the link to your profile(s) back when done so we can add you to the relevant sections on our site.

The way our representation works is simple, it is non-exclusive so you can work with other agents and find work yourself, there is no fee to join, no contracts, no strings attached, we take 10% * of the work we put you into. For full details see http://www.bdiscovered.net/talentterms/

This is how you add us as agents:

If you are on Spotlight (where the best work is) can you please email updates@spotlight.com asking them to add BDiscovered as one of your agents, you can have up to 5 agents on your Spotlight profile.

If you have your own website please add our agents details - BDiscovered - casting@bdiscovered.net and adding a link to our agent's website http://www.bdiscovered.net

When auditions come in for you, we will text/email you, a fast response is critical.

We work with around 70 - 90 jobs per day and will put you forward for all of the jobs that you are suitable for. Due to our size and the quality of our talent we are part of a select group of agents who have access to more exclusive jobs and opportunities, so we see a lot more than most agents see every day. Big enough to count, small enough to care! We will regular introduce your CV to casting directors, directors and producers when they are casting for roles with a view to booking you an audition.
